Welcome to REV'D

As I sat patiently watching a train pass I noticed that the majority of the cars had been “tagged” with graffiti. I began wondering why we humans feel so strongly that we must leave our mark on this world. What I came up with is it is because we need to let people know we were here.

Walking through a grave yard I noticed the dates on a tombstone; 1927-1990. For many the mark we leave is the dash between two dates.

Maybe that is what this blog is about . . . leaving my mark somehow.

Jehovah-Jireh - God will provide.

I know not by what methods rare
The Lord provides for me;

Jesus said, “Your Father knows the things you have need of before you ask Him” (Matt. 6:8). Peter wrote that we can cast all our cares upon Jesus, because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7).

He is constantly caring for and seeking the best for us—a reminder that in times of hardship, need, and fear, we have someone who cares. Isn’t it wonderful that we can turn to Him in our time of need?
